This policy explains the principles for processing data on the KORDUM AUTO website and mobile applications. During beta testing, some features may change or be temporarily unavailable.
2. Data we may process
We may process contact and account data, uploaded photos, license plate numbers, vehicle details, reports, technical logs, IP addresses and device information.
3. Photos and location data
KORDUM removes available EXIF metadata and precise coordinates from public materials. Public history is intended to describe a vehicle, not its owner or travel routes.
4. How data is used
Data is used for vehicle search and timelines, processing publications and reports, preventing abuse, improving the product, communicating with users and complying with legal requirements.
5. Sharing and storage
Hosting, file storage, analytics, image recognition and notification providers may process only the data required to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction or deletion of data related to you, and report a publication that infringes your rights.
