Posts and number plates
If a photo is linked to the wrong vehicle, contains personal data or infringes your rights, open the event in the vehicle history and tap Report. You may also email support with the link and number plate.
Account access
Use Forgot password? in the Account tab to recover access. Verification codes and recovery links are sent to the email address used during registration.
Response time
We aim to reply within three business days. Never send your password, verification code, identity documents or payment details.
